Reporting
It is important to us, and fundamental to you, that you receive value from your IT investment, so every base 2 client receives a monthly report reviewing their systems performance during the previous month. Included in this report is current disk availability, a record of the updates that have been installed on your system, the number of alarm notifications received and responded to and the overall network health of your system. Not only does this report give you clarity as to the work we have been doing, but it also highlights any future issues and requirements allowing us to plan for these with you.
